I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all. The STRIVE project has been a real journey for all involved here. For the College, we have been involved in many European projects and partnerships but this is the first time we’ve sent students abroad for work experience. It’s been a pleasure for us to work with you on this project and we thank you for your help, support in finding accommodation and placements and looking after us when we came to visit! Talking to the students and looking at their presentations has been a joy because we can see how the experience has changed them and just how much their confidence grew throughout. We can also see the impact it’s had on them, enhancing their CVs and increasing their independence. I think they’ve all had a life changing experience.
